Our Story
It started with a dream and a plot of land in the Mediterranean sun. Three friends, sitting around a table one summer evening, half-joking about escaping the noise of modern life to do something real with our hands. “What if we planted olive trees?” someone said. Nobody laughed. Instead, we leaned in.
That conversation became a plan. The plan became a plot of rocky, sun-drenched earth. And now, here we are — three friends who traded spreadsheets for saplings, learning everything from the ground up. Literally. We’re planting olive trees, nurturing them through their first fragile years, and documenting every triumph, every mistake, every unexpected joy along the way.
An olive tree takes roughly three years to produce its first meaningful harvest. Three years of watering, pruning, watching, waiting, and wondering if we’re doing it right. Three years of learning patience from trees that have been teaching it for millennia. It’s humbling, exciting, and occasionally terrifying in the best possible way.
